Seeking God's presence together through faithful, compassionate, and united prayer.
ICWC firmly believes that God's work moves forward when His people pray together. We seek His presence and guidance in every aspect of church life, submitting to Christ as the head of the Church.
The first-century followers of Christ studied Scripture, worshipped, fellowshipped, and prayed in one accord. Acts 20:36 describes Paul and the Ephesian elders kneeling and praying together.
Our mission is to help people grow closer to Christ through supplication and individual and corporate prayer. Together, we intercede for our church, our families, our community, and our nation.
For My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations.
Regular opportunities for families and the congregation to pray together.
During the offertory, each participating household selects another church family's prayer card. The paired families connect and pray for one another's needs and for the church throughout the next 30 days.
After the fellowship hour, the congregation gathers at the altar for an hour of intercession. Together, we pray over requests received from church families and for the ministry of the church.
Fasting prayer is hosted at a congregation member's home from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., creating focused time for worship, Scripture, and prayer.
The church gathers quarterly at a member's home or at church from 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. for extended worship and prayer.
Prayer requests are treated with care and confidentiality.
