God’s Constant Guidance

Dear Church Family,

Greetings in Christs name!

Winter can make our daily routines—our walk, work, and worship—a bit more challenging. Yet, as we experience these changes, we are reminded of the beauty and wonder of Gods creation. Sometimes, we may not fully understand the mysteries of nature, but we give thanks for the way God expresses His love through each season. Rather than complain, we continue to trust God in all circumstances.

Due to the weather, we have worshipped online on some Sundays, but God has remained faithful. Our church anniversary celebration and congregational meeting have been rescheduled to the first day of March. Even in this season, we began our Lent journey with the Ash Wednesday service and continue with fasting prayers, church Lent prayers, sacrificial offerings for Love in Action, and Friday Lent devotions. Gods goodness endures.

As we enter a new month, let us reflect on the promise found in

Psalm 37:23–24

“The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; for the Lord upholds him with His hand. ”

God promises us constant guidance, and even if we stumble, He will uphold us. Let us seek Gods direction and work as one family for His glory. May this month be dedicated to focusing on God, uniting our hearts and minds for His purpose.

During March, our Lent season continues. It is a time for introspection, observation, and contemplating Christs passion. We are reminded to trust the Lord above our own understanding. Our ministries will continue as usual, and confirmation classes have commenced. As the month progresses, we look forward to Palm Sunday.Let us draw closer to Gods presence and nurture our spiritual lives by growing in spiritual disciplines throughout Lent.

Praying for you all!

In Christ,

Rev. Dr. Devadosan Sugirtharaj
